Microsoft via Digital River offers qualifying U.S. college students downloads of Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade or Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Upgrade for $29.99. (Students can order a CD for $13.) Click here for a complete list eligibility requirements including a list of qualifying educational institutions. Limit one license per student.
